Terms of Service

All Media & Branding Solutions Limited aims to deal with its clients in a professional, timely, and favorable manner. By engaging All Media and Branding Solutions Limited with their business, the clients will be accepting the following terms and conditions:

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your project needs and requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before they are finalized.
You grant All Media & Branding Solutions Limited the right to use your name, logo, and other branding elements in connection with your project.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and licenses for the use of third-party content in your project.
After coming into contract, if you do not respond timely and shirk from your duties, All Media & Branding Solutions Limited will not be responsible for the outcomes you will get.

Fees and Payment

All fees for services will be outlined in a written Quote/Proposal.
An 80% deposit or full payment may be required to start work on your project.
Payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late payments will be subject to a late fee of 5%.

Revisions and Edits

A limited number of revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revisions will be charged separately per task.
All revision requests must be submitted in writing or pictorials.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the work produced by All Media & Branding Solutions Limited remain the property of All Media & Branding Solutions Limited until all fees have been paid in full.
You will own the copyright to the final deliverables once all fees have been paid in full.
You may not use or reproduce any work created by All Media & Branding Solutions Limited for any purpose other than your authorized project without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide to us for your project. However, we may retain access to this content and materials for future reference and portfolio purposes.
We own the intellectual property rights in the deliverables we create for your project, such as website designs, logos, and marketing materials. You will have a non-exclusive license to use these deliverables for your business purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained from each other during the course of the project.
This includes, but is not limited to, project ideas, marketing strategies, and financial information.

Termination

Either party may not cancel or fully transfer the service responsibilities to another service vendor before a prior notice of at least 10 business days.
If you terminate the agreement before completion of the project, you will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to that point.

Disclaimer

All Media & Branding Solutions Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services provided. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services. The success of your project will depend on various factors, including your target audience, market conditions, and your own efforts.
We do not provide legal or financial advice: We offer creative and strategic services, not professional legal or financial counsel. Please consult with qualified professionals for such matters.
Your input is crucial: The success of any project relies heavily on your collaboration and timely feedback. Delays or lack of communication on your part may impact the timeline and outcomes.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services, such as web hosting providers, design software, and analytics tools, to deliver our services. These third-party services have their own terms and conditions, which may apply to your use of our services.
We are not responsible for the performance or security of any third-party services.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, and business interruption.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government regulations, or internet outages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time with or without notice. You may also terminate your engagement with us at any time.
In the event of termination, you will be responsible for paying for all services completed up to the date of termination.

Amendment

These Terms and Conditions may be amended by All Media & Branding Solutions Limited at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on its website.
